Fun, Actually

Today went with Dave to see Constantine which was actually quite good. Actually I could film geek the hell out of it if I had the time and energy...oh wouldn't it absolutely KILL one of my old film profs to write an essay contrasting Tilda Swinton's use of androgyny in Constantine and Orlando? Hee!! And there were lots of really awesome visual cues at work...I have to say that this is one of the only films made by a former music vid director where visuals have more play than to look purdy. And I want a poster.

Also learned a fun pain tolerance test involving an ice cube. Ideally I can give it a real go when not in a restaurant surrounded by people, and stuff. Scientific curiosity can be messy sometimes. Oh well.

Waiting for more stupid snow to come in. I'll be interested to see if LC closes tomorrow if it gets as bad as they say and whatnot. Either way will have to get up extra early to check the reports and stuff. *sigh*

Anyhow to finish off a lovely day Veronica Mars comes on tonight since it got pre-empted Tuesday. Hot diggity!!!
