Thank god it's almost Friday! Today was the day that just creeped by--work was a pain, and then my class went to NARA to discuss their alternative model to EAD (ARC). Hopefully the last time I will EVER have to go there again: they hire people with the amazing ability to make the Fucking Boring Stultifyingly Dull. I kept nodding off the entire time, so yay handouts.
Grr.
Luckily one of the speakers cancelled so we got out early. I actually got home before 5 today! Woo!
Got to a section on quantum physics in my wicca book. I followed the bibliography to Amazon to find books on the subject that were on my level (that of someone who cannot do much more than basic algebra) and found an argument between readers between the New Agey people who felt physics and metaphysics were like that and the science people who felt not so much. I really want to geek and hopefully subsequently grok this. However I feel mildly guilty wanting to geek when I am knowingly avoiding more important stuff like, y'know paper writing and all. But I just stay so bloody tired, it's frustrating!!!
