Silly Patron Stories and Other Life Stuff

Me: Okay.
S.P. 1: But I want to take them with me...
Me: ...Then that's checking out.

Silly Patron 2: I want to check this magazine out.
Me: Okay. It's due back tomorrow, have a nice--
S.P. 2: Tomorrow? Then I don't want it.

Silly Patron 3 [at 7:58 am]: Is the copier broken? It's not working!
Me: No, I haven't turned it on yet. Technically, we're not even open right now.

I have more, but I can't remember them. It's horrible to realize that one of my favorite things about working on Saturday is how few people will be there.
So on Sunday I'm going to go see "King Lear" with Scott: cool, huh? And then in two weeks we're going to go see "Othello" with Avery Brooks! What's better than geeker joy? *Shakespearian* geeker joy!
Still haven't started packing yet. That's my project for Monday. Also: other errands.
Last but not least, thinking over the plot for my NaNoWriMo project. Yes, it will be a space fantasy. Hopefully it will be literary. It will definitely cover women's issues. Historical? Still working on that... ;)
