Okay I'm so sick of the Danish hubbub. Look, they set out to piss off a bunch of lunatics, and...they pissed off a bunch of lunatics. I'm sorry, Muslims aren't a tolerant people. They just aren't. When the best they can say is, "Well we ALL aren't terrorists," that's not saying a hell of a lot. This is a freedom of expression issue, but it's also a calling-out issue. When they want to behead people over doodles, that's a wake-up call that says "Religious people are NUTS." It just is.

Unrelated, I finished Tricked by Alex Robinson, he of Box Office Poison fame. It's also an improvement over BOP, which at 600 pages of graphic novel goodness, had a tendency to wander. At half that size, Tricked has a solid plot that interweaves the stories of eight different people and then brings them together in a startling climax. Without giving any of the really good stuff, you find out American Beauty-style that the omniscient narrator is a dead guy.
Not a must-read, but definitely a good one.
