GAH!!! Part II: The Proposal

Here is a brief(ish) transcription of dialogue between Scott and I last night:

Scott, pulling out a ring box: "Cait, will you marry me?"
Me: "Are you SERIOUS?? Ohmigod. Ohmigod. Well, yes, obviously. Ohmigod."
Etc. *ring goes on finger*

Um yeah.

Today amidst other doings, I bought one of those Modern Brides magazines to determine what the hell wedding/engagement stuff entails. Then I felt faintly nauseous, and Scott felt ill too, so eloping starts to sound good. There are less than 0 plans involved for anything yet, but I totally had to get this out.

I tried calling Andrew as he has best friend status, but his cell phone has been off all day. ARGH. I figure it's only fair that since I knew about his getting married before his folks did I'd return the favor, but I'm getting pretty damn impatient.

More to follow, needless to say.
