I've been really depressed the past couple weeks ago because stress is eating me up.

Wedding planning is going on, it's just hard because Scott is too stressed to really help properly, and I'm feeling intense pressure about all the different stuff and the decisions that need to be made. It's just no fun and even depressing.

I'm working on making resume updates and writing cover letters for positions at TAMU. Job hunting is just Blah.

I'm getting intense pressure at work because my Boss is being even more anal than usual because we just moved the library and she wants everything Perfect, which is difficult when a) we're understaffed, b) we're overworked, and c) getting things sorted just. takes. time.

It seems all I ever want to do these days is rip my hair out, throw my phone out the window, or just scream and scream.

I think what I really need is a no-stress break, but god knows when I can get one.

Feeling stressed and worried about (even dreading) wedding stuff is normal--it does settle a bit after the first few decisions are made. You've got lots of time (2008, right?), so put off everything you can.

Is there anything nice you can do for yourself soon? Book? Shiny object? Relaxation CD (lame, yes, but also effective...I owe a good deal of my zen to relaxation CDs. It's a mini-stress-free-vacation).

Exercise can help with depression a lot, but not if you're still sore from moving.

Let me know if there's anything I can do help--I can always listen to venting, etc. :)

I think I just need to chill out somehow. I actually need to get as much wedding stuff planned ASAP as we want to have it in the MD/DC area and need to get things sorted before we go to TX.

I think I might live large and get a book though. Venting on LJ helps a lot though, particularly since you're dealing with a lot of same. :)
