Berry buttercream cupcakes came out okay. The problem was the kitchen was so hot with the other cooking going on that the butter and the sugar stuff tried to separate and was very runny despite being put in fridge for a while. Once the cupcakes were iced and in the fridge for a few hours during the dinner they were fine.
The biggest hit was the fried pumpkin and yogurt sauce which we will definitely have to make again.
