Jun. 21st, 2005 05:52 pmI am celebrating with a hardy meal of frozen chicken nuggies, taters, and leftover birfday cake! Yeah, I know, I'm a wild thang! ;)
I've come to the conclusion that when I get around to learning real cooking (i.e. when I get out of my hellhole), I want to study Japanese cooking also. Well specifically sushi, but other stuff too. Does anyone happen to know any good books on the subject? I've seen like starter sushi how-to kits in stores also, but you know me and how I like my research!
