Book Review 9: Marvel: 1602 by Neil Gaiman

This book was so cool: what would happened if our Marvel heroes were in, um, 1602? Nick Fury is Queen Elizabeth's spymaster, the X-Men are "witchbreed," Papal plots are afoot, and oh yeah, Captain America is (kinda sorta) an Indian. Extras in the book include one of Neil's scripts for the book, sketches, and a reproduction of the famous engraving of Fawkes and the conspirators of the Gunpowder Plot, which the cover art echoes. Shiny.

In news news: Andrew is FINALLY going to talk to a lawyer about separation tomorrow and many hugs go to him.

Scott is FINALLY back in Baltimore but lost his phone and I am going CRAZY waiting for him to come down to DC. Not that I know when he's doing that....tomorrow, Wednsday...tonight was too much to hope for. Grr. I. lack. patience!!!! :(
