Communication breakdown

I don't seem to be able to say anything properly anymore. If I don't say anything I get criticized for my inability to open up or for a cold person or in a sulk, and then if I *do* say something all I end up doing is making people cry or angry, or both.

Y'know what: language sucks.

Maybe it's worth considering taking a vow of silence, but then I'd be miffing people because of inappropriate notations on a wipe-board or something.

Yeesh.
