Yeah, that wasn't really helpful. Let me be more specific: blank picture-sized box with a small white icon with a red dot in it. Looks a lot like the red X/no picture situations of previous internets.

Still the same thing, but with the red X rather than the red dot.

no, I'm getting it too. I right-clicked, and it's asking me to sign in to windows live. So, I do, but it still doesn't pick up. SIgh.
