If I call you up asking about an $8,000 item, and you say you'll call me back--I expect you to call me back. Like within an hour or two. Same day at the least. If you don't call me back, and I have to call you again--I get annoyed. And when you don't pick up, I get really annoyed. And I take that $8,000 and spend it elsewhere.

Just sayin'.

Really really. I called them on Friday, didn't hear from them until the fourth time I called, which was Tuesday. They were supposed to call me back. It's Thursday and no word. It's like, "Uh, hi, I'm at a major research university and if you make me HAPPY I will dump all kinds of money on you for years. If you don't--I WON'T. In fact, I'll make a point of NOT dumping money on you." Dumbasses.
