So I just did some math. If I make the four main sections of That Which They Defend of equable length, it's gonna be about 41k words. And I'm at 22k.

Oh bloody hell.

If you watched the regular (rather than extended editions) of the movies in the background, you could cut it down to about 36K...

....This would be great advice if I owned the regular editions. And wasn't also referring to the books. ;)
