1. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?

An archeologist by day and a rock star by night. This is what happens when you are exposed to too much Indiana Jones and Jem and the Holograms. By ten I decided I wanted to be a writer. This is working out much better for me.

2. If you had to guess, roughly how many times a day do you make a scifi reference that completely flies over somebody else's head?

On average, only once or twice. I am lucky in that I work with exceptionally nerdy people, however.

3. Rewriting Monty Python with the Enterprise Crew; is this the worst idea I've ever had?

Firefly. You don't need a reason because it's FIREFLY.

I'm not really sure. I love so many. I'm a fan of red meat, cheescake, nachos - I'm a equal opportunity junk food lover.

Green tea. Though what I really prefer is black tea or peppermint tea.

3. You walk into a bookstore. Which section do you go to first?

Depends on the bookstore. I'm a Cliff's most often, the used bookstore by my parent's house, and I always beeline for the sci-fi section and then poke around from there.

With NEWER bookstores I depends on what I'm there for. I usually go to new bookstores when I have something in mind to buy, and the used bookstores when I want to poke around.

4. Mal or Jim?

Mal. Sorry, I gave it a lot of thought and there's no two ways about it. Captain Tightpants over Captain Fine for me.

5. If I get into grad school, will you help me cram for my Old English exam?

You know I will. Just know that when I go back to school you will be repaying the favor. :P
