Quite good actually. Although I just came up with a rather important question for you this afternoon. I've actually never been at an American thesis defense and I know that over here in Europe they do it differently in pretty much every country, ranging from a 1 hour public defense to a three hour exam with your professor locked in a room. So I was wondering if there's a standard procedure in the US or if it depends on the university and if that first one is a yes, how does it go?

Feel free to mail the answer instead of blocking up this thread with totally pony unrelated stuff :D
