I think it's actually a fan vid. She's got do-not-own disclaimers re: music and clips up on YouTube. Not that I'd put it past Joss to do something like this...

...Yeah, it's a fanvid, but Joss already wrote the Avengers as permutations of BTVS characters. Tony = Buffy, bamf but also shallow but also inspiring when necessary, Bruce = Willow, quiet and brilliant and totally scary, RILEY WAS A SUPER SOLDIER, etc etc. (I can't decide if Thor is Cordy or Angel...) Oh and Loki is all permutations of Spike.
