Grousing

Some of my friends ("friends" maybe) have been concern-trolling me and Scott about the housing market as we prepare to sell our house. We spoke with our realtor who provided print-outs of comparable houses in the area and what they sold for; suffice to say, knock on wood, we shall make a healthy turnover. But like,
e v e r y t h i n g is so stressful right now, I really resent people trying to give me one more thing to worry about as I plan packing, cleaning, fixing things, etc. etc. And I can imagine why they are doing it, too--it's all about their own insecurities and issues, and I guess even envy and whatever--but like, I just can't imagine doing that to someone, especially someone I purport to support (and occasionally actually do support). It just put me in A Mood when everything else is exhausting.

Yeah, it makes it easier to leave here than it has been to leave other places! NGL at this point what I'm gonna miss the most is going to be like, a couple of restaurants, my dentist and my gyno. Go figure!
