Seasonal Anxiety

It's November. This means the time of seasonal holiday anxiety. On the plus side, I'll get it over with by early December--I just need to survive Thanksgiving with my family (I'm already imagining probable conversations and trying to steel myself) and then my graduation. I hate how it's a month away and I literally feel physically ill with dread and anxiety.

But we're going to have Christmas here, so *when* I survive we can have a low-key Christmas with a few friends over and such, plus a blissful week off. Eyes on the prize, and all that. 

But man oh man. My family. *winces*

Don't just imagine conversations. Take notes on your imaginings. Reread all your notes on the plane, then toss the paper or mail it back to yourself (you don;'t want to have it found). You'll be totally prepared!
