A Book a Day: The Lord of the Rings

 I'm going to post a book I like every day. Today is one of the biggies (literally). This is the Science Fiction Book Club omnibus edition from the 90s. (Aw 90s.) (Aw remember when the SFBC was good?)

 

Anyhow this is part of why my score on that "Tolkien or Anti-Depressant?" quiz going around was 22/24. I'd like to pretend the rest was from reading The History of Middle Earth but really it was reading tons of fanfic. Sorry.

It's clonky but it does the job!!

Periodically I think about getting a new edition that's easier to carry around, then I go, "Eh, you've got one, you can save the money and put it to other books..."
