So in today's drama, Andrew's started the first round of separation. Basically he and Beastwife have been in "counselling" the last month or so, and today she threw a fit, stormed out of the room, and the counsellor was like, "Let's just stop this, it's too fucked up, here's some paperwork for separation." To which Andrew, in a rare moment of sensibility, said "Okay."
In other news, Scott has a cold, which I feel bad about as I think it's the one I avoided this weekend through copious amounts of orange juice, and Paula got a new job at NARA which I think is just awesome.
Last but not least, November is approaching, and with it, NaNoWriMo, or National Novel Writing Month. The goal is to, um, write a novel in a month. Quanitity over quality, obviously, but still. It's something I've always wanted to do but have always had, y'know, homework and research papers to do instead. But this year is different. So, I'm gonna try. This means loyal readers will hopefully inundated with great gobs of postmodern fantastical genius. Or gibberish, whichever happens first. (Obviously the latter, but I can always just say I'm doing an homage to Joyce, right? Right!)
