I'm all signed up for NaNoWriMo! I've even downloaded the Participant Icon for use in November. I'm still trying to figure out what genre to write in though. Anyone have any requests? ;)

My preferred genres are:

Literary Fiction
Science Fiction
Fantasy
Chick Lit. and Women's Fiction
Historical

I can even try to do these ALL AT THE SAME TIME. (I do have an ambition of one day doing a Philip K. Dick-type story in the style of Meg Cabot, e.g. Are There Electronic Princesses?)

If anyone wants to post dares, I'll consider those also. :)

Well, I vote for ALL AT THE SAME TIME, of course, but if that's not possible, then sci-fi/fantasy (space fantasy!) and women's fiction would be super cool.

Maybe I just read everything Chinese-sounding as Fireflyish right now....it sounds like some sort of myth that might've come up, had we had the chance to further explore that universe.

Hey, maybe the myth stuff can fit into your plot? Or not, if you see it going in a different direction...
