Mal: "Ain't all buttons and charts, little albatross. Know what the first rule of flying is? Well I s'pose you do, since you already know what I'm 'bout to say."

River: "I do. But I like to hear you say it."

Mal: "Love. Can know all the math in the 'verse but take a boat in the air that you don't love? She'll shake you off just as sure as a turn in the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughtta fall down...tell you she's hurtin' 'fore she keens...makes her a home."

A. EEEEE, PRETTIES.

B. Crochet!Kirk is almost done. He needs one more sleeve and a pair of pants. So, I need your address.

C. Kirk's hair was an interesting progression I wish I had a camera to follow. First he looked like Pavel, then he looked like the curly blond one from Twilight (Jasper, I think?), and then he looked like Edward Cullen before he took a sharp turn towards MacGyver. Luckily, nothing fixes Richard Dean Anderson hair like a pair of scissors. It's ok, he looks like Kirk now, but it was a hectic road to get there.

Okay, that quote is stunningly perfect...I don't think I've ever stopped to think about parallels between Firefly and Trek, as to why I like them both...Hello. Yup. I loved them both! Makes sense to me now, taking a moment to think about it.
